There is no separate form issued by the college for MSW. Once you have filled the application form, you will be shortlisted and thereafter called for admission and at the same time entrance test is conducted.

If you want to pursue MBA in a college within Maharashtra then you can give CET. But there are certain colleges which are having their own entrance exam and it's mandatory to give it for admission in that college. For IIM, CAT is mandatory.
