Normally speaking, all entities accepting online registration are aware that the students will make mistakes. Hence a window is normally provided for correction of such errors. However if a student has missed even this then perhaps at the documents verification stage or actual admission stage the student can seek correction provided it's not going to affect substantially averments that the student had made. You can look for Bachelors in subject of your preference Physics/Chem./Maths. You can also look for Bachelors in some niche areas like Statistics, Agriculture, Bio-Technology. You can look for BBA and than MBA after it.

Yes, you are eligible and it is indeed a good choice. More than food technology, try for food biotechnology in PG.
Food biotechnology will channelise your interest for research.
