<p style="text-align: justify;">Yes, NTA provides different JEE Mains question paper in each shift every day. The question paper of each shift is different from the previous shift/day. However, on any given day and shift, all students appearing in the JEE Mains across the centres receives the same question paper but their order of questions is different so that no two students receive the same set of question paper. This is done to avoid any chance of cheating in the exam.</p>

Questions of JEE Mains cover complete syllabus. There is no pattern as to which is the first question in the exam. But I would advise you to answer easier questions first and then go for difficult questions.
