Both are good options. It depends upon your interest.
It also depend on the college in which you are doing MBA.
Go for GATE and GRE. Do M.Tech from any good college but for bright future, opt M.Tech from Germany.
Law is a good option.
The best would be prepare to prepare for CLAT exam so that you can get a good NLU (National Law University). It's a 5 year course.

There is a large array of courses available after completing class 12th with commerce and many are the non-conventional fields such as:
1. Hotel management.
2. Social media marketing.
3. Music production.
4. Event management, etc.
I would suggest you to go for a field, where you have an interest and one which has decent job opportunities for you once you complete the course.

In IT industry, MCA is treated equivalent to B.Tech in CS/ IT. After completing MCA, you will have wider job prospects as a programmer/ developer in IT domain. Hence, doing MCA after B.Sc computer gives you more employability.

You seem to have done excellently in your Diploma. Now for lateral entry, every state has a matrix that tells you what branches of engineering you are eligible based on your branch in diploma. Else taking Diploma as the equivalent of 12th you can seek admission in any branch in the first year.

It depends on your interest, but in management field MBA has better career opportunity with large salary scale. So, I would suggest you to pursue MBA with your interested specialization like MBA finance, HR, IT, marketing, insurance, etc.
