To get admission in M.Sc in medical microbiology and other PG courses at SRM University, you need to appear in SRMJEEH (Post-Graduate) entrance exam.
Fee for this full-time course is between 2.85 lacs to 3 lacs approx.

This will depend on your own career plans which you might have though about. Yes, you can study your Masters in USA if you meet the admission requirements, good percentile in your B.Tech combined with a GRE and TOEFL score. You may choose to stay in ECE or look for a more specialised area such as VLSI, Embedded Technology etc. You may also like to shift to Management. Remember getting a job in USA itself will be difficult. Figure out your interests, study the market in possible countries and decide. Engineering on the whole has good scope in many countries including Canada and European countries.

Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding MS courses from Canada. You might have to appear for the GRE exam which is a pre-requisite for MS courses in many colleges abroad. You may also have to clear an english proficiency test which measures your ability to communicate in english. However, if the medium of instruction was english in your school you may not have to appear for the language test. B.Sc (Medical/Non-Medical)/Home Science/Physical Education & Sports Science with a minimum of 55% marks. So, you are eligible for this course.

Well, you can't go two courses simultaneously with the same university and M.Sc with B.Ed will be too much heav, as they are considered as some ends of education in Science stream. So, I recommend you to go for either M.Sc or B.Ed. Don't go for both simultaneously.
