You can do you MSc-Math with application of computer science (MACS) from IGNOU. This is 2 to 4 years of program without any age restriction. The fee is about Rs. 22000. The minimum eligibility criteria of program is graduates from a recognized University/Institution with a major, or honors in mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate.
