No, you can't. The basic rule of NET exam is that the candidates can only apply for the exam with their masters' subject. According to your subject, you can apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences in the place of UGC NET. It would be a better option for you. It is a national-level exam which is conducted for the Science stream students who want to become a researcher or a lecturer. To appear for the exam, you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in your masters. If you want to appear for junior research fellowship, then your age must be less than or equal to 28 years. For assistant professor, this age limit is not applicable.

You have applied for b.Ed, so you are advised to complete it. After completion of B.Ed, you can apply for higher secondary level. Then, you need not do D.El.Ed again. But, if you will apply for D.El.Ed, you have to continue your teaching in elementary level only.

Yes, definitely you can do M.Tech course after M.Sc, but to get admission in good colleges of M.Tech, you need to appear in entrance exams of M.Tech. After clearing this exams, you will get admission in these colleges like:

JAM is competitive examination and there is no guarantee that you will get IIT of your choice. Therefore, It is recommended that you opt for MSc Maths at IIT Bhubaneswar and can try to appear in JAM again.

Yes, you can definitely pursue M.Sc in Mathematics as correspondence along with any regular course.
Eligibility is Graduation: 50%
Additional Details:
Mandatory Course: B.Sc (Mathematics)
Candidates must be Graduate with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with mentioned aggregate.
If the seats at a center remain vacant then:
Graduate with a mentioned degree/ BA with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, having at least 50% in aggregate and 55% in aggregate in the Mathematics courses will be considered for admission.
