Indian MS applicants are also eligible for a business visa allowing them to stay and work for 5-6 years. France is one of the few countries offering good stay back options to Indian students. The average salary is around Euro 66,800 per year for a supply chain manager in France. Check schools with industry connections, internship opportunities, strong student support cell, etc.

Yes, definitely. The B.A. Degree doesn't really hamper your foray into an M.Sc. Later on. Most M.Sc. Psychology (Whatever your intended specialization be) courses allow B.A. And B.Sc. Psychology candidates, both. Your usually only laying a foundation in psychology at the undergraduate level, and its pretty much provided whether you have taken a B.A. Or a B.Sc.
Good luck.
