The company secretary is a good course, but it’s a long-term course and can't be completed easily. You can pursue CMA (US). CMA is same as CS but it can be completed in the short period of time.

if CA is not working out. it was my 4th attempt to ipcc. but still doubtful to pass. so iam thinking to do MBA in finance. is it best option after CA

First of all no college in India provides CA. We can only have coaching from private centers.
CA has 3 stages:
1. FOUNDATION.
2. IPCC.
3. FINAL.
Register with Board of Studies (BoS) of ICAI. The first Foundation examination can be taken in November/May.
In case of IPCC, register with the BoS for the intermediate Course. Complete 8 months of study. Appear and pass in either or both groups of intermediate course.
