M. Sc is a master course, which is next form of B.Sc. It’s not as expensive as M Tech, and most of the colleges don't have any entrance exam for this. Just like B. Sc, if you do well in your graduation and score more than 60%, you can easily study M. Sc
Whereas in M Tech, it’s a tougher course. It’s of 2 years duration and its of more value than M. Sc. It’s a much more expensive than M.Sc also.

You can Pursue M.Sc. from IIT's or IISC. For Taking Admission in IIT's you have to appear in IIT JAM Entrance Exam for M.Sc.
