M.Sc maths at IITs is an excellent option. You are advised to appear for Joint Admission Test for M.Sc called JAM to seek admission in M.Sc math at IITs.

No. Since doing M.Sc has no relevance with any Doctorate degree, you cannot be addressed as "Doctor". In India, only a person who has completed any doctoral academic, is given the Salutation of a "Doctor" when awarded with a PhD.

Yes, it matters. But also it depends on the university how strictly it checks the backlogs and how much weightage they give. Your final scores will also be checked and that is more important. Canada is difficult, they don't accept backlogs, not upto 11. You check options in Europe. A strong SOP and good LORs are recommended.

Hey,
Both M.Sc in maths and MCA are career oriented courses (M.Sc in CS is not a good idea as compared to MCA). Both the courses are different. So it's up to you that which course you want to pursue. You can opt for M.Sc in maths after that you can continue your career in teaching field.
And if you think computer science is better then you can go with MCA and can get a job in MNCs and IT sector.
