One must have completed graduation with B.Sc in any of the following- zoology, botany, chemistry, biology, genetics, biochemistry, biotechnology and microbiology. As you have done B.Sc in genetics, you need not to worry, you are already eligible for that. However, I am not sure about the percentage of graduation it requires. You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.

The thing with M.Sc degree is that, after first year you also have an option to opt for a dual degree i.e. pursue BE in any of the course you like, although that depends on your CGPA after the first year.
The duration of such integrated dual degrees is 5 years.
However, you can also continue with your only M.Sc degree for 4 years.
The advantage of dual degree is that you can continue your love for pure Sciences as well as gain a BE degree also with one additional year.
Some of the duals like CS + maths or CS+ bio or M.Sc Economics will provide you an additional advantage for your job profile.
