Yes it's possible. I am a medical student now and took no coaching. It clearly depends on guidance inputs be it from parents, school teachers or other aquantances. But if you don't get their full course support and in absence of your planned devil's perseverance you need some more guidance in the form of coaching classes. Actually coaching reduces your hard work of planning and helps you use that in preparation.

Hi Brij,
MBBS in India with 320 in NEET at government universities is next to impossible considering the previous year statistics. Even private or deemed colleges are difficult but if the high fees is affordable, you may try once the results are out. Before you completely switch your field to B.Sc, you can explore medical studies abroad at a good government university. Select a university listed with MCI. Check what experience they have in teaching foreign students.
Some of the universities are excellent, in fact comparable to good colleges in India. In fact now government is planning to have a common exam for all doctors before ... View more

Moreover, ever since the upper age limit of NEET has been removed, there is even more flexibility in terms of the number of NEET attempts.

The exam is conducted once a year, hence candidates can appear only once in an academic year. But unless candidates fulfil the eligibility criteria, they would not be able to get admission even if they score the qualifying cutoff marks for NEET.

In case the candidate wishes to know the same percentile-wise, he/she must score above 99 percentile to secure admission to AIIMS Delhi. Until 2020, students with 650+ score were able to get admission to MBBS at AIIMS Delhi, but the competition has been rising every year.

Hello,
There is nothing called passing marks in NEET Exam. In NEET, it is qualifying marks rather which is 50th percentile means approximately 118 marks.
For government exam, you need to score atleast 530 marks. As 510 is the safe score but it depends on no. of rounds of counselling conducted by MCI. Cut-off may be vary or might be go down but try to score 530 marks.
