260 marks is very less for admission into medical colleges of India. For government medical colleges you need around 500 and for private colleges you need around 400.
With 170 marks, you may get admission into these colleges for BUMS courses.

You have scored very less. So, it will be difficult for you to get admission in any private medical college for MBBS. Do attend the counselling.
The cut-off is different for every college. You need to check with the college in which you wish to get admission or you will have to suggest the college so that we can guide you better.
NCERT books of 11th and 12th standard are the best tools for the preparation of NEET in a short duration of time. You need to be very thorough with it. Apart from it, solve a good number of MCQs.

Cutoff is always higher in government colleges due to strong competition.
