There is a bit of change in the exam pattern of NEET and AIIMS.
AIIMS is a little difficult to crack as compared to NEET.
In AIIMS, apart from physics, chemistry and biology, there is a section of general knowledge and time given in NEET is 3 hours but in AIIMS, its 3 and a half hours.
Some other changes may occur by time and you can appear for both after completing class 12th in PCB.

Yes, even after 3 attempts you did not get what you wanted, there is surely something bigger waiting for you. Take time and plan out what you want in future and go accordingly. Humanities is not a bad option, it comes with so many opportunities. If you believe you have the potential, go for it. Later on, you may appear for UPSC.

Yes, 12th score does matter if you have to appear for the NEET exam. Minimum Marks to apply for the NEET exam: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. But when we go through previous data then with 640 marks

<p>Neet cutoff for MBBS at Hemwanti Nandan Bahuguna Uttrakhand Medical Education University varies for all the four colleges.</p><p>For General category students, with AIQ cut-off marks is :</p><p>640 for Govt doon medical College&nbsp;</p><p>630 for GMC Haldwani&nbsp;</p><p>625 for VCSG College Srinagar</p><p>615 for Almora Medical college&nbsp;</p><p>For Reserved category, cutoff is slightly low and is around 500 for SC and ST category both while for OBC it's 600 marks for year 2023.</p>

Even for qualifying NEET exam you need 150+ marks. And for B.A. M.S, you need around 450+ marks if you belong to SC, ST category and for OBC and general, it is more than that.
