With these marks yes you can get admission in MBBS but there are fewer chances in government colleges but you can take a seat there in the 3rd or 4th round. Even if you want to check your colleges available for you and choose the best one for you then check at NEET Predictor being provided by Careers 360 and really that will be very helpful to you.

If you're fresher, then you have to choose code 1. If you're dropper from CBSE or ICSE then you have to choose code 2. If you're dropper from state boards except Karnataka, then you have to choose code 3
If you're dropper from Karnataka, you have to choose code 4.

You will get AFMC through NEET exam. You should be in top 50 in AIR to get AFMC. The admission will occur only through NEET, there is no separate exam for that.

If you wish to apply for Genetic Engineering, so you can apply for IIT JEE exam. This exam is conducted for Engineering course. NEET exam is conducted for MBBS and BDS course.

Please make sure you study further with more concentration and focus for good results. Improve the subjects in which you're low. Understand the concepts rather than mugging up. Read good books and give accurate and anough time to study them and work to improve on subjects you are weak at. Don't worry and just relax; study harder in a positive atmosphere. Remember there is always a second chance to prove yourself. After all, it is just an exam on whatever you study though is a little tough. Watch videos on youtube to gain more practical learning. I am sure you can do it.

There is a least chance for getting admission in dermatology seat having 81000 rank in NEET PG 2023. You can try for forensic medicine, pathology, anatomy, biochemistry, anesthesiology, pediatrics, obs & gync, & ENT also.
