You haven't mentioned that for which particular university you want to know the eligibility criteria, as different university have different criteria.
However, in general the eligibility for M.sc (Statistics) is such that "Candidate must have passed B.A. (Honours)/B.sc (Honours) in Statistics or Mathematics or must have studied Mathematics and Statistics as subject in B.A./B.sc.
