No, a candidate is not allowed to fill up the NEET exam form twice in a single year. According to the official guidelines, only one application form can be submitted by a candidate for the NEET exam in a particular year. If a candidate submits more than one application form, then their candidature may be cancelled. Therefore, it is advisable for candidates to carefully fill out the application form once and make sure that all the details are correct before submitting it. However, if a candidate makes a mistake while filling out the application form, they can make corrections within the specified dates during the application correction period.
