If you belong to UR category, it is quite difficult to secure a seat in government medical college. If you have any quota, there might be a possibility to get into GMC in your state.
Hope for the best and good luck!

I think you want to know about the difference between NEET and AIIMS. The simple difference is that cracking AIIMS will fetch you an MBBS seat in the best medical institution of India.
Both the entrances have different patterns. NEET being more NCERT oriented has low toughness level. Negative marking is 1/3 in AIIMS while it is ¼ in NEET.

Focusing on NCERT for Biology is a must. Every word of every line should be read multiple times, including diagrammatic text. Physics is all about practice, the more questions you do, the better you get. Chemistry is based on understanding. I recommend a 200/50/50 rule, 200 questions of Biology and 50 questions each of Physics and Chemistry each day.

This means that admissions to JIPMER MBBS programme are now done through NEET scores. For the current admission cycle, NEET marks will be considered for admission to JIPMER. The JIPMER entrance exam has been discontinued, and NEET has become the single entrance exam for all medical colleges in India, i... View more

Hi Devanshi,
The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate course.
