It will be tough to get a seat in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) government college, as they generally have high cutoffs with 452 being the marks which resembles rank around 284741 ranks. Still, opportunities may arise in a few of the government or semi-government colleges including state where there is low competition and also within lower ranks. One should go through the cutoffs of past years for government Ayurveda colleges and also apply to counseling. You may also try for the private Ayurvedic colleges, these have different cutoff through ranks and might be approachable via this.

You can only get admission in private colleges but you have to give NEET exams. I don't think there is any good college which offer BUMS without NEET. Eligibility
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry Biology/Biotechnology and English as the core subjects. Candidates must have passed Class 10th with Urdu or Arabic or Persian language as a subject, or must have passed the test of Urdu of Class 10th.

B Pharma student,

The answer to this question depends on a number of factors, including the state in which you are applying, the number of seats available in government medical colleges in that state, and the cut-off marks for OBC candidates in that state. In general, 584 marks is a good score, and you should have a good chance of getting admission to a government medical college through the OBC quota. However, it is important to note that the cut-off marks for OBC candidates vary from state to state. For example, in the 2022 NEET exam, the cut-off marks for OBC candidates in Uttar Pradesh was 580, while the cut-off marks for OBC candidates in Andhra Prade... View more
