With a NEET rank of 300,400, getting a government seat for BAMS is unlikely, especially in states with high competition. While some government colleges might have slightly lower cutoffs, your rank falls outside the range typically required for government institutions. You might have a better chance at private colleges or through state quota counseling in some regions.

At the rank 120000, it's very difficult to get a seat in a government college. Defense category has about 1% to 5% reservation only. You can however apply for deemed or private colleges if you have scored more than the NEET Cut off and get an admission there. As long as government seat is concerned, I regret to inform but you probably won't be able to get an admission in that since there are not enough seats at all. But it would also depend on the state you are from and if you have any other reservation.

Everyone knows the value of MBBS.
It is low score to get good college, you should get min. 450 and 500 for govt. college. And you can do such. And prepare well for next year. Just do regular study which is most important.
NCERT is the best book to prepare for NEET for chemistry and biology. But, for physics you need to refer some other books for some guidelines but never go beyond the NCERT syllabus. For chemistry and biology you could practice MCQs from different books but study and learn from NCERT only.

Hello,
It is recommended that you can join a coaching institute as it increases the probability of qualifying the entrance examination. These institutions provide a proper guidance to the student. They also take periodic tests for the student to assess his strong and weak zones and the student can focus more on his weak zones.
Though, it isn't mandatory to join those institutes and there are many students who have qualified even without joining any coaching institute, I firmly believe that joining those institutes is recommended. Without the support of those institutes, it will be tougher for a student to qualify in NEET.
