<p>Yes, if you have scored 390 marks in NEET 2024 then you can pursue AYUSH in any reputed private college and some of the government colleges as well. As your score is quite low getting a very good government medical college for AYUSH will be quite harder for you.</p>

I am assuming you are from general category. It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the NEET examination, kind of marks obtained by students in NEET toughness level of the NEET examination, number of seats available etc. Anyway, when we go through previous year trends with 320 marks, You have low chances for MBBS in government colleges
But yes, You have chances in deemed universities for MBBS.

NEET has nothing to do with AIIMS. AIIMS has its own entrance exam in which you need 150 out of 200 marks to get admission.

Hi sarika, So on such marks you have no chance to get any of the B.A. MS private college through state quota counselling or AIQ counselling because on such marks you have just qualified NEET 2020. So I would recommend you to either try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it. All the best for your future.
