Hello Rhea,
I think one has to do B.Sc in maths if aim is to do M.Sc in the same subject. GRE has no relevance. But I am curious that why do you want to pursue M.Sc? What is the harm in doing MA in economics? This too has same weightage.

Hello Prachi Jain, That's indeed a very fascinating thought and proposal. In fact in real life there are some notable examples. Dr Shreekant Jichkar, once a minister in Maharashtra government had more than 25 degrees. Issue is a student can not attend two colleges simultaneously for two different degrees and hence one must look in different directions. I would advise you to download brochure of IGNOU. Go through it. There are plenty of courses for which you as an engineering graduate is eligible. My best wishes to you on this unique venture!

Yes you can do B.Tech without M.Sc. For any engineering colleges in India you need to be 12th pass or have completed higher secondary education. It's definitely fine to do B.Tech as it's most demanding course and all time favourite of many.
