In most colleges, including AIIMS, selection of students for M.Sc. in Bio-Physics is done through an entrance exam. The results for the exam will be published on 14th July 2018.
For M.Sc. Biotechnology courses, the question paper will be of 90 minutes duration consisting of 90 MCQs and the exam duration is of 90 marks.
You should purchase a few books in bio-physics like previous year papers published by AIIMS which should give you a fair idea of the syllabus covered in AIIMS entrance test. However, competition is tough and you should be thorough in your studies to crack the merit list. Good Luck!!

Whether you have scored very good marks or not, it is completely at the discretion of the college to take admission under a university. You just need to qualify the eligibility and follow the admission process.
