Keep it simplerrt,

You must have commerce stream in class 12th, you need to have accounts and business studies amongst your subjects in this class. However, it isn’t mandatory to have commerce stream because, you can learn concepts of accounts even if you have science stream, but it would be difficult.

There fore doing CFA along with a job will be little difficult and hectic. If you are not planing to work after CA, then you may definintely join CFA course from CFA Institute, USA and study full time for CFA.

The duration will depend you how quickly you are able to clear each level. Normally, it will take a minimum of 3 to 4 years to complete the course. You need to begin with enrolling for the CPT level first. On clearing this level you can enrol for either one group of IPCC or both. On clearing one group you can enrol for the articleship training for 3 years. Along with this you need to complete orientation course of 35 hours and 100 hours of ITT training. On clearing both the groups you start preparing for the finals. You can appear for the exam six months prior to completing articleship.

Hi Tilkesh,
CA is more recognized as compared to ACCA. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. You will certainly reap results, remember hard work always pays off. Don't underestimate your potential, you are worth a thousand sparrows. Don't let your fear demotivate you or derail you from your future aspirations.

Nothing special,

Brother, CA requires 50 percent to apply for IPCC or else take a long way. Start from CPT. You would required 9 months of article-ship before you go for IPCC in direct entry. So, it would be easier for you to start from beginning CPT.
