B.Sc and M.Sc is preferable, if you want to become a teacher and BA MS is a step ahead to become a Doctor. Both options have a huge scope. Choose as per your choice. Good luck.

Yes, although you have very high rank there is the possibility to get admission in Vivekanand Prof. University. Go check the counselling’s and keep trying until the last counselling. It may be the possibility that you don’t get at first counselling but you will get it definitely in last counselling.

Now, it is just Ramaiah Institute of Management. Regarding the status of institute, it is considered as tier-2, but few even allot IT tier -3 status. Tier-1 institutes are top notch and IIT IIM, SP Jain, ISB etc. Come into picture.
