No, this is not possible because both degrees are separate and for pursing M.Sc. You will have to start from base i.e. B.Sc.

Dear Kushal, Microbiology is also an allied subject of Life Sciences or Biological Sciences. Therefore, as you are graduated from Life Sciences you are definitely eligible for pursuing Masters in Microbiology from any recognised institutes or universities from India or even abroad. Best of luck!

Admission requirements vary from university to university. Since, you have a PG you should be eligible since most MPH degrees require applicants to either hold a PG or have some work experience. Additionally, you must take GRE or MCAT and IELTS or TOEFL. You have to check these requirements on university websites and prepare accordingly. Famous schools for MPH include John Hopkins University, Brown University, The University of Arizona, University of California at Berkeley and so on.
