I think you should first go about searching universities abroad, look up the internet and research on the universities and your preferred countries and the courses and decide what and where to study. Check the entry requirements, scholarship options, fees etc. If you are a very good student you may get scholarship. Remember that quota system won't work abroad so it is only on merit. The cutoff is not updated on official website. The minimum percentage criteria are atleast 45% for most of institutes. And you can give entrance exam held every year to get admission in it.

If you want to be a PGT, as you have Master’s degree and B.Ed, you need not have to do Diploma. But, if you want to be an elementary level teaching, then you have to do it. You can do a 6 month bridge course also.

BCA+MCA is usually preferable. you can also go for M.Sc, but MCA has more exposure and provides better jobs because in MCA more of practical knowledge will be provided.

Admissions require candidates to clear their GRE exams with a respectable score. Few candidates are required to clear a language proficiency test if the medium of instruction in Bachelors was not English.
