<p>If you're looking for direct admission into B.Tech in CSE with AI and ML specialisation at low fees, options include SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai (fees around INR 2.5 lakh), and M.S. Engineering College, Karnataka (approx. INR 3.34 lakh). Many private colleges reserve seats under management quota or institutional-level open seats, where eligibility generally includes 45% marks in Class 12 with PCM. These pathways allow admission without mandatory entrance exams.</p>

If you have a definite career goal defined in your mind, then a Diploma in the related subject will help you in achieving the goal faster and in a better manner, as you get rid of the unnecessary subjects, which would not relate to your goal. However, if you don't have a career goal in mind, a degree after 12th is the right thing to do. Hope this helps you. Be free to share any problem you have.
Good luck.

I totally agree with the view that a student must have a laptop, or a proper gadget of the kind. Days have changed fast and the trend is more and more digital, day by day. A student must have a full command over the modern educational devices. He must stand in competition and his range should find an increase. He can't do away with a computer.

Yes, You must pursue B.Tech as in today's era Degree is prefer over Diploma. And side by side do some certifications as well like coding in python, web. Designing etc. Not bookish knowledge is acceptable today, if you do good in your field you must have other knowledge other than course syllabus since the company now a days search for the cream. Be the cream and get placed in the good company after B.Tech.
