In my thinking you can do MS in C/S or IT after MCA because for MS in foreign university requires 70% in graduation in 10 +2+4 system i.e. 16 years of study in total. As after BCA there is one year shortage - for pursuing MS you need to complete MCA.

Sorry to say, but you can't get admission for M.Sc IT, because it needs science background. Better think to go ahead in your expertise only. Hi Raghavendra, I assume you are asking about GRE. Well, firstly 65% marks is somewhat low for applying to German universities, but you can give a shot ATIT. GRE is not required, so I don't see how GRE will help you. Instead, you can attempt GATE which is accepted. Since your percentile is not very competitive, you must work harder towards obtaining a very good internship position and do some quality projects. You should also try to publish some materials on journals etc. Related to your field. I will also suggest you take IELTS instead of TOEFL and take the TestDaf for German language proficiency.

It takes admissions through NATA. Also, you will get admissions with these marks in MS University. Best of luck.
