It is not advisable, but you can complete your MBA. Later, you can go for SAP SD or digital marketing courses. MBA in IT may not be advisable. Further, there is no course such as MBA IT in India.

The entry requirements vary slightly in the both countries. As an international applicant, you must take your IELTS or TOEFL. Since TOEFL is not accepted by UK universities you can choose to take the IELTS only. Secondly, Canadian universities do not accept 3-year Bachelor's degree, at least majority of them do not, so the UK is a better option but when it comes to working permit UK is not a feasible option.
