Universities may consider the IELTS score if you have a good academic profile. Here, it is important to see what your academic percentile is. Also very important that you check with the universities .

In general, I would recommend to go for BBA or B.Com, then go for MBA. Don't get disheartened, if you have scored less percentage in class 12th. It's ok. Many good B.Com and BBA colleges admit students who have minimum 60% in class 12th. But, if you are interested in other field of study, you can go for them also.
