<p>No, a candidate who does not enroll for CSEET exam for registered exam session will not be issued admit card. Filling and submitting CSEET enrollment form is a mandatory part of CSEET registration process.</p>

Yes. CA certificate is awarded after you have cleared various exams not just one. Exams are twice every year. You can appear for both or one.
Step one is to register yourself for cpt exam. You can register online

After 10+2 you can go for CS if you think you can complete this difficult CS course
CS scope has increased after companies act 2013 and there is huge requirement in Indian comapnies for compliance of laws which CS do
So they can earn anything between 30 thousand to 5 lakhs per annum

There is no college available which is specifically for CA. There are colleges which provide CA along with B.Com. There are coaching institutes which provides coaching in CA, other than ICAI.
