It is better that you pursue M.Sc in physics, because that gives you serial by study, which will take you in the field of teacher professor, but if you are up to do MBA, then it will be a different side and a different stream of your study which will be difficult to cope up with but if you can do it you will get a very good advantage of it and if you want to do MBA you need to qualify CAT exam through which you will get IIM if you get a very good score more than the cutoff then surely you have a great career but if you can't then it's better than you go for M.Sc. Your grades are not too competitive for a Canadian universities, so difficult to suggest you universities. You can check University of Alberta, Concordia University, McMaster University, Simon Fraser University, Memorial University of New Foundland etc. You should check university websites first for admission requirements before applying.

Since you don't have maths in your academics, you are ineligible to apply for M.Sc because in order to get admission, you need to have at least 60%-70% in class 12th science and in graduation also.
