There are many higher education options in Canada which you can pursue. Also, most of the good Universities won't consider you unless you give them a "passed" transcript for all subjects and semesters. I'm talking about good universities. If you really have some good projects and high quality work experience, you can give it a try though.

Depends on what you want. If you do not have an IT background, there's no point in doing MBA in IT and if you have a background in IT and want to remain in the technical field, there is no point in doing MBA in IT. In that case, you should rather prefer M.Sc or MCA.

It's very nice to know your interest in aeronautics branch of engineering & your dream of doing MS in Italy. However, you are required to do graduation in a related field since MS is specialisation if a particular field. As you are doing graduation in computers I am afraid you would not be able to do MS in aeronautical engineering in Italy.
