I guess, Delhi University is surely better because there are very few seats and high competition. So, it has more value and the faculty of DU is amazing as per my experience. Rest, it's surely your choice.

You have to have 6.5 in all four modules In IELTS. Also, your IELTS score has nothing to do with what you choose to study.

If you have 10 backlogs then probably you are not meant for engineering. You might be good at many other things, but certainly not engineering. Why do you want to pursue engineering only? There are many higher education options in Canada which you can pursue. Also, most of the good Universities won't consider you unless you give them a "passed" transcript for all subjects and semesters. I'm talking about good universities. If you really have some good projects and high quality work experience, you can give it a try though.

For M.Sc you are required to secure minimum of 50% marks in B.Sc. However, every college and university involves their own method. May be this criteria would differ in some universities.

You have to check on the university websites for the language of delivery and admission requirements to get to know these things better.

Depends on what you want. If you do not have an IT background, there's no point in doing MBA in IT and if you have a background in IT and want to remain in the technical field, there is no point in doing MBA in IT. In that case, you should rather prefer M.Sc or MCA.

It's very nice to know your interest in aeronautics branch of engineering & your dream of doing MS in Italy. However, you are required to do graduation in a related field since MS is specialisation if a particular field. As you are doing graduation in computers I am afraid you would not be able to do MS in aeronautical engineering in Italy.

According to the official website of B.H.U , the cutoff for MSc in statistics is 75% or equivalent CGPA in aggregate . However this may vary depending on the number of applicants and seats available . You can also check the official website of B.H.U for more details .

B.Sc. is a generalized undergraduate course of three year duration after 12th whereas, M.Sc is a specialized course of two years after graduation. It means, if you do B.Sc and follow it with M.Sc you will have better and higher job opportunities.
