Yes Indian institute of space Science and technology is good as sree chitra thirunal college,Because as compared to college infrastructure, faculty and placements both are good, In IIST if students get CGPA 7.5 or more, then the isro is hiring directly and in SCTC the most of the placements are from IT sector, which is good. Both the colleges provide great placement opportunities to the students pursuing UG and PG courses in their respective colleges. Around 18 students got full time job offer from ISRO and around 78 students were selected for ISRO Interview in IIST. It also provides placement opportunities from other big comapnies like Infosy and Adobe. So yes IIST is as good as Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering or even better in some aspects of the colleges.

In my view, Sinhgad College distinguishes itself from D.Y. Patil College primarily because of its strong placement opportunities with reputable companies. Sinhgad's faculty members are not only highly qualified but also renowned for their cooperative and supportive approach, which fosters a favorable learning environment. Both institutions offer outstanding infrastructure compared to other colleges in Pune, providing quality residential spaces and campus facilities. Ultimately, the choice between the two colleges depends on individual preferences. If you are seeking an exceptional campus and surroundings, D.Y. Patil might be the more suitable choice. However, if your main priority is to secure excellent job placements, Sinhgad Vadgoan is the preferable option. Furthermore, both colleges share the distinction of being affiliated with SPPU (Savitri Bai Phule Pune University), a globally recognised institution, which further enhances their reputation.

Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital (VMMC & SJH) and St. Stephen's College of Nursing are reputable institutions but there are some differences :

1- For St. Stephen's College of Nursing the admission in NEET in Round 5  was based on Rank 213434 whereas in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College the Rank was145317. 

2- The overall rating in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College was also higher as 3.8 as compared to St. Stephen's College of Nursing.

The number of courses offered in Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital is also more as compared to Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital. It is 39 courses offered in Vardhman and 12 courses in St Stephan college.Thus i think Vardhman is much better as compared to other college.
