To become a Company Secretary candidates will have to pass the three levels prescribed below:

1. CSEET: CS Executive Entrance Test is the entry-level examination afor class 12th candidates. 
2. CS Executive Exam: After clearing the CSEET exam or having a Bachelors degree as per the eligibility criteria, candidates can register and enroll for the CS Executive exam.
3. CS Professional Exam: After clearing the CS Executive examination, candidates can enroll for the CS Professional programme.

ICSI CS June 2026 enrollment process for CS Executive and CS Professional programme will commence on February 26. Candidates who have already registered for the CS Executive programme/ CS Professional programme can enroll for the programme online. Candidates enrolling after the mentioned date have to pay the late fee of INR 250 per subject. Candidates must ensure to stay updated with the cutoff date of ICSI CS application and enrollment form. While filling the ICSI CS 2026 application form, candidates must ensure to check the following details:

1. ICSI CS examination centre, the combination of modules (s) and medium of examination carefully.

2. Check ICSI CS application fee transaction status after paying the fee

3. If the enrollment fee amount is deducted from bank account and the acknowledgement slip is not generate, contact bank

ICSI CS Professional application form can be filled in online mode only. To fill the application form candidates are advised to stay updated with the cutoff date. Refer the steps below to know how to fill ICSI CS Professional Dec 2026 registration form:

Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu

Step 2- Enter the login details

Step 3- Go to 'My Account' under the tab 'Student'

Step 4- Click Professional Registration under “Payment Request” option.

Step 5- Upload pass mark sheet of both modules of Executive Programme. 

Step 6- Pay the application fee of INR 12000

Step 7- Download Registration Letter / E-Identity Card

Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam can fill the ICSI CS Executive programme application form by following the steps below:

1. Go to- icsi.edu
2. Check for documents required for filling the CS Executive application form
3. Enter CSEET Unique Number and CSEET Roll Number
4. Enter the verification code and click on tab submit
5. Enter the following details to complete the application form
   • Educational details
   • Source of Information
   • Documents Details
6. Review the CS Executive application form
7. Pay the application fee

The fees is around Rs 77,498 per annum for B.Com at Scotish Church College .
