If you have interest to become researcher or lecturer in plant Science you can take the CSIR NET Exam. District Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Officer Recruitment is done by the State Public Service Commission. Since you have not mentioned a particular state, I am giving general details regarding this exam.
1) Age: 21-30 years
Age relaxation applicable as per the policy of the state government.
2) Educational Qualification:

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a B.Sc. in Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth from the criteria mentioned below:
Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET) or All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA). If you haven't applied fro the MHTCET, you can apply for the AIEEA exam.

There are two possibilities to B.Tech in Agriculture. First, you have completed 12th science with bio and second, you can do diploma in Agriculture on the basis of 10th.
