Post graduate diploma in Industrial Safety is a full time one-year course of study commencing ordinarily in the month of July. Any person who has a degree or post-graduate degree in Engineering/Technology can apply for the same.
A candidate desirous of admission to the programme will have to submit on or before the specified date an application which is complete in all respects and is accompanied by copies of the requisite supporting documents.

Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
