I think air hostess jobs are all about behavior and physical appearance. In next section we will talk about behavioral skills but here we look at some of the physical standards required by the institutes.
Minimum height must be around 5.2 or 157 cm. Weight of the candidate must be in proportion to her height. Skin complexion does matter and it must be from fair to clear complexion.

The vision required to become a cabin crew is 6/6. They accept 6/9 in the weaker eye. If you use specs to keep the vision 6/6, then that is acceptable. The use of contact lens is usually not recommended. I would personally prefer using specs over lenses. Medical standards also differ from airline to airline. So you should verify the standards before application. Some allow use of lens to a certain limit.

No, they have a certain age limit (18-25 years) after which you cannot do the training course.

Jet Airways has got a training centre in Gurugram. And as far as I'm aware, they do not have any training institute in Bangalore. They train those candidates in their academy who get shortlisted after their preliminary entrance procedure.
As such, no training is required to become an air hostess. But if still you feel that you need some grooming, then try following institutes-
1. Flying Queen Air Hostess Academy, New Delhi
2. Wings Air Hostess and Hospitality Training Vadodara, Gujarat
3. TMI Academy of Trave Tourism and Aviation Studies, Mumbai
4. Air Hostess Academy, Banglore, Karnataka
5. Universal Aviation Academy, Chennai, Tamil Na

You may get an institute with less fee but they might not have a high placement record so it's pointless to join such institutes.
