It depends upon the criteria of college/ university. Some of the private institutes ask for 45% - 50% while some demands 50% -60% but the government universities have specific criteria they may ask for 50%-60 % or maybe more, apart from this, they conduct entrance exam for Master's programme.

LLB entrance has an important section of English. You have to work on your English to score a good rank. It would be best if you join a coaching for law or English and purchase Arihant's competition guide. You are eligible for 3yr law from universities like DU, BHU, CCSU, private universities etc. each conducting their own entrance exam.

All under graduate courses in Fashion Designing have same validity, whether it is done from NIFT / NID or any other Recognized University.
The Main Difference is in the process of Study / Exposure / Study Materials. NID / NIFT are the Top colleges in India catering to Design Courses. They have the Best of Industry Exposure and Best of Placements.

You should pursue biotechnology instead of environmental Science, as this has better scope and mainly if you can get genetic engineering branch. JNU has been in the news from a long time and you can see there is no study environment.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc Biotechnology in Allahabad University. If you are a research oriented student. M.Sc Biotechnology is a 2 years full time on campus course. The total fees is 2600 for two years. Out of which you pay 1310 for first year and 1290 for second year. Hope it helps.
