Follow the steps given below to withdraw from the NIFT Counselling.

  1. Go to the NIFT admission portal
  2. Log in to the portal
  3. If will see an option for seat withdrawal.
  4. Click on the option and confirm the withdrawal process 
  5. Once the withdrawal is confirmed, the allotted seat will be canceled.

No,   you cant get admission with the rank of 1441 is general category in 2nd round . However if you belong to the OBC AI category, then admission in the second round is possible. This category had the round 2 cutoff of 1871. 

Students can check the table below to know the round 2 cutoff ranks for other All India category.

The sample papers for the NIFT exam are released on the official website of the institute. The sample papers are available for the GAT and CAT written exams.

Also, the sample papers are available for all the programs offered by the participating colleges - B. Des, M.Des M.FTech B.FTech and M. F. M. No login is required to download the sample papers.

NID DAT and NIFT are two of the most important design entrance exams in the country. Both exams have a design aptitude test and many topics that overlap.

So, you can safely solve NID DAT sample papers as well. That being said you first job will be to complete the NIFT sample papers.

NIFT question paper for GAT M.FTech will be of 180 minutes. Questions will be asked from - Communication Ability and Comprehension, Case Study, Quantitative Ability, Analytical & Logical Ability, and GK and Current Affairs. Also, the GAT paper will be bilingual, meaning the candidate can appear in the GAT paper either in English or Hindi. The choice of language has to be made when filling out the NIFT online application form.
