NIFT remains the main government-backed option in the city for fashion design. Government colleges usually come with lower fees but tougher admission competition. Below mentioned are some of the other government colleges other than NIFT Hyderabad.

No, that's a myth! Most private Pune colleges have their own entrance tests or accept portfolio-based admissions. NIFT is just one route, mainly for the government institute. So even if you don't crack NIFT, you still have solid options in Pune.
