ALMA is the world’s formost International educational and training centre for Italian Cuisine and Hospitality. ALMA educates chefs and pastry chefs, bakery chefs, gelato and pizza artisans, assistants restaurant & bar managers and food and beverage managers coming from all different nationalities. It has training programs performed at the highest level by the most renowed teachers. It also trains chefs of different countries to become the chefs in italian ambassys in their respective countries.

The deadlines to submit applications for ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine is 6 months before the starting of the course. The school has a limited number of seats for all the courses, and if the course seats are filled early, the candidates will be included in the waiting list or enrolled in different editions of the course.
If the students fail to submit the application before the given dates, then the application form will not be considered. The type of documents like SOP, LOR and CV are not required.

A score of 85 in TOEFL is good for ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine. This meets the criteria of the minimum english language proficieny required to get admitted in the college. Other than this if a student knows italian language it will be of great benefit

Yes, an average Indian student can join ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine. Candidates need to pass the english proficiency tests like IELTS. The application fees is not needed. The institute welcomes the students from all the countries. The documents like SOP, LOR and CV is not needed. The type of deadline is regular.
The cost of the Certification in Italian Pasta course is INR 4.41 lakh, for Diploma in New Italian Culinary it is INR 25.32 lakhs, for Certificate in Italian Pastry it is INR 5.22 lakh, for Diploma in French and Italian Pastry Art it is INR 16.82 lakh.

At ALMA students can get part time jobs as cooking instructor, cook, caffeteria team member, receptionist of front office in hotel, etc. They get jobs under big brands like Orient Express, The Hoxton, Melia Hotels International, etc. These part time jobs along with the courses like Italian Culinary Programs can help the students to become a professional chef in Italian cuisine. The career advisory comittee of the college helps them in getting the part time jobs. Other than this the college also has strong bonds with the F&B industry. There are also many job postings where the students can find the job.
