Yes, it is free of cost and I have taken up their services to apply to the Universities for Masters in the States. It went out very smoothly for me. The Shiksha councilling team helped me throughout from selecting the Universities, applying there, editing my SOP/LOR to visa interview.

The fee for Certification in Italian Pasta course is INR 4.41 lakh, for Diploma in New Italian Culinary it is INR 25.32 lakhs, for Certificate in Italian Pastry it is INR 5.22 lakh, for Diploma in French and Italian Pastry Art it is INR 16.82 lakh.

The application fees of ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine is not there, it is free of cost. However most of the students applying there get selected due to less participants. The waiting period is 6 months. The cost of the Certification in Italian Pasta course is INR 4.41 lakh, for Diploma in New Italian Culinary it is INR 25.32 lakhs, for Certificate in Italian Pastry it is INR 5.22 lakh, for Diploma in French and Italian Pastry Art it is INR 16.82 lakh. These costs are average when compared to other colleges. However, these costs can also be met by availing different types of scholarships.

ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine good for International Students. It is a place for over 10000 students from 85 diverse countries. The student population includes students from many countries, like SA, Canada, Brazil, India, South Korea, etc. It is also highly famous internationally because it trains foreign chefs to become Italian ambassdors in their home country. The exam accepted here is IELTS for checking the english proficiency. No, it is not hard to get into ALMA, the International School of Italian cuisine. The candidates need to pass the english proficiency tests like IELTS with a descent score of 6 and above. The application fees is not needed. The institute welcomes the students from all the countries. The documents like SOP, LOR and CV is not needed. The type of deadline is regular.
However, ALMA courses have a limited number of seats. In case the favourite edition of the student is sold out, he will be contacted by the Student Office and either included in the waiting list or in a different edition of the course.

The job opportunities after doing Diploma from ALMA, the International School can be as cooking instructor, cook, caffeteria team member, authorised chef, etc. Candidates can get jobs under big brands like Orient Express, The Hoxton, Melia Hotels International, etc. Other than this the college also has strong bonds with the F&B industry.
