With 241 NEET marks, it can be tough to get admission to an Ayurveda college, especially government colleges since the cutoffs tend to be higher. Nevertheless, you could be eligible through the management quota or other additional admission processes in private Ayurveda colleges.

Having a NEET score of 277 and an AIR of 689,998, getting admission into a government college for the BHMS course in India is difficult. Government BHMS colleges have traditionally had greater cutoffs. For example, in past years, the closing ranks for general category students in premier government homeopathic colleges have been between about 40,000 to 100,000 AIR.

With a NEET 2024 score of 398, you stand a decent chance of getting admission into BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery), or BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) courses in Jammu and surrounding states.

With a NEET score of 347 and as an OBC candidate in Maharashtra, you satisfy the eligibility requirement for BAMS and BHMS courses since the cutoff for candidates from the OBC category generally falls around the 40th percentile. Even so, in government colleges it may be difficult to get admitted with higher marks being the deciding factor.

With 83 marks in NEET 2024, getting a BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) seat in government colleges is improbable. But lower NEET score candidates might be considered by some private homeopathy colleges for management quota seats.
