No, you will not able to admission in anand homoeopathic medical College without neet. Only in government quata admission consider. Total fees of college is 35K

To apply for MD Ayurveda, go to the website, under the admissions section look for the online application link when the admissions are open.
Fill in your details, upload documents, and pay the fee online. If the MD Ayurveda form isn't listed, it may be offered under a collaboration or department so contact the admissions office directly.

If you've done BHMS, you can usually apply for the Modern Pharmacology course no matter which state you're from. It's not strictly limited to those registered in Maharashtra. But, if the course is run by a Maharashtra-based institute, they might prefer candidates registered in the state. It's not the same everywhere, so it's better to directly ask the institute offering the course to be sure.

Sorry. Your score is very low to take admission in any of the medical course. You can take admission in private medical college.The minimun marks you have to score for taking admission in these courses is around 300-400
