Greetings Rohit,
Yes it's true that the placements are centralized at Coimbatore.
Thus is primarily because the recruiters prefer to have good number of students to pick from.
And the intake in the individual ASB campuses is less and we should also consider the point that there will be different specialisation in the final year. So it is essential that all the students go to Coimbatore to provide a good pool of students to the recruiters.

-Last date of issue of OMR application form 19.03.2016, Saturday
-Last date of receiving completed applications (OMR & Online) 21.03.2016, Monday
-Computer Based Test (CBT) 17.04.2016, Sunday
Multiple slots 18.04.2016, Monday19.04.2016, Tuesday
-Pen & Paper Based Test (P&P) 23.04.2016, Saturday from 10 :00 AM to 12:30 PM
(Conducted in one slot only)

All the campuses of Amrita School of Business are on the same level, just the locations are different. So you'll hardly find any difference in the experience of studying.
MS stands for Master of science in Management and Business analytics.
Your CMAT scores makes you eligible to apply for the college. You can find more information regarding the application procedure on the college web page:https://www.amrita.edu/program/mba-ms-university-buffalo-usa
It is also mandatory to write TOEFL or IELTS in order to be eligible for the MS degree, however it's not required at the time of application.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for MBA/PGDM, you have a good score in MAT.
Coming to the fee structure, every college has different fee structure, like For ICBM-School of Business Excellence the fees is INR 380,000(for 2 years) as academic fees & INR 120,000 (for 2 years) as Hostel fees with no additional charges except the exam fees.
For other colleges it might be somewhere close to INR 500,000 or more or for some other institutes it may be less than that also.
But you need to look for the set of faculty and the facilities the institute provides you, the average placement package and the set of faculty members are the prima
