Probably computer science.
While it might vary a little from department to department, learning CS will give you a good foundation for a career in animation (which is pretty much your only option if you want to make a career in animation).
I would bet that you will be able to take many animation courses for CS electives, thus getting the best of both worlds (getting a good foundation through CS, following your interests and expanding your potential are the ways to get employed in animation).

A game designer is responsible for the game's storyline and gameplay style.
There are different types of designers, such as those who specialise in the story or in mechanics, but there are also more and more designers who are a Jack of all trades, they do a bit of everything.
A designer will often see a project from start to finish, from designing the initial concept all the way through to production and user testing.
A team of designers might work on a project, but on smaller projects, one lead designer is often enough.

Prominent universities offer the gamut of animation scholarships from hobby to professional animation. Students undertaking careers in animation will need to complete common graphic coursework and computer designing, as well as drawing and traditional illustration, film and photographic techniques. Professional animators can opt to work in films, televisions, and commercial advertising and computer game designs. It is really tough to directly comment on any institute especially for domains like web designing, animation and VFX or gaming, etc. There are many institutes which offer different types of courses of the different duration for almost the same pipeline.
We need to see the content of the course, duration, cost, infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed, in time course completion record, certification process and delivery of a certificate in time. Also, the Same brand has different centres and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform equally. Some centres are doing great some not, it varies place to place, cen

Yes, it's a good combination to proceed with, but don't restrict yourself to this. Do acquire other relevant certifications, whenever you get the opportunity but as of now, the mentioned combination is good to proceed with as it's in trend considering the start-up environment.
All the best.

Hi Hitesh,
I don't recommend personally that you dig into VFX or animation straight since you're done with B.Com so better do some survey on Google about animation and VFX stuff.
