I would suggest, you should take admission in a private university to get a good course like CSE, ME, ECE, etc.

If you have appeared but could not get admission then you can surely appear again. There would be normally date of birth or number of attempts restrictions but subject to this, you can apply.

The best institute for a short-term course for EAMCET are Hyderabad Academy which offer 40 days short-term course, Jannana Deepthi Trust which also offer short-term courses for the same.
