Astral Institute of Technology and Research (Astral, Indore) is considered as average and good institute at large in the area. It is a AICTE approved, RGPV affiliated college. The reviews are mixed and some recommend it due to its good infrastructure, the supportive faculty and the opportunities in terms of placements not bad especially CSE. Still, other people mention the issue of the lack of consistency in faculty quality, adequacy of resources, and the diversity of placement, particularly non-CS/IT branches. It is famous as a low-cost institution.
