German education in itself is a scholarship, considering the free education that they provide. So they expect the student to be worth the opportunity and its highly competitive. In order to pursue a UG course, firstly you need to be proficient in German language (This is specific to UG courses). Then you need to meet any of the below requirements:
1. Meet their entry test requirements (Specific and available with few Universities - Look at KIT for e.g) -
2. U need to have 13 years years of education to pursue a UG course
3. Crack the IITGEE (or whatever the latest exam is called)
4. Clear the German entrance exam for UG applications known as Feststellungsprüfung
5. Be in Germany for one year to prepare for this examination (Feststellungsprüfung) known as Studienkolleg
6. Clear 1st year of your UG program and then apply for UG course in Germany
